Description
Merge in the cork wood, walk through the mediterranean scrub and climb to the vineyard on the hill.
Admire the view of the coast from above, then reach the vineyards back down the hill.
Have a walk through the vines, hear the history of the ancient roman wine and the wine making process.
Visit the wine cellar and finally taste three wines with lunch or a rich local food tasting.
What are we going to do?
Sara, a certified AIGAE hiking guide, will show you the beauties of Monti Cecubi estate in a short circular route (about 6 kms).
Irene, the wine tour guide, will tell the history of the ancient roman wine while walking thorough the vineyards and show the wine cellar.
Savor the ancient Roman wines.
Have a rich tasting of traditional and local food like olive oil, olives, tomatoes, bread, cheese, sausages and more.
